The temperatures are colder and than ever and if you’re anything like us you’re home is feeling more crowded than ever. Being stuck inside all winter can be exhausting for families not to mention the lack of exercise and health risks you can face sitting around and hibernating. This unique local museum is focused on regional culture and natural history. They always have new exhibits and is a very family friendly place to spend a cold weekend day.

Are you looking to do something extreme but can’t imagine extreme in these conditions. iFly is the answer to fulfill your adrenaline rush need. Located off of i-435 this indoor skydiving spot is exactly the kind of excitement you and your family are looking for.

Urban Air

You’ll be hard to find better exercise these winter months then a trampoline park. Urban Air is the perfect place to get your blood pumping as well as let your kids energy out.

New Theatre Restaurant

Well, you have to eat anyways so why not turn your dining experience into a memory that lasts a lifetime. The New Theatre Restaurant runs multiple musicals throughout the year giving you a chance to dine and be entertained all while avoiding the bitter weather.
